1. You own characters and copyrights of your characters. While I own full copyrights of artwork. And even though you order the commission, you have no right to abuse my art in anyway (edit / copy / ripping / use it in commercial). It is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. And no, I don't allow you to post the pic in your DA gallery.


2. Please be sure to read my Terms of use before decide to use any artworks from me.


3. Please do not commission me if you are unable to take responsibility on payment AT ALL.


4. I have my right to accept or reject your order. I know my ability well and I don't want to mess up your commission piece.


5. One picture per one slot. If you want to order more picture so you need more empty slots.


6. You're required to send details within 3 months after you paid for slot. Or else you will lose your slot. You will receive the warning before that. I recommend you to send details as soon as you get slot. You'll lose slot also if I find out later that you request me to do art in "won't do" list.


7. Sorry, I decided to do expression and pose myself. Sorry for inconvenient (but you can suggest me of course *w*).


8. I don't refund for any reasons. As I tell you to consider seriously before make any commission order to me. I will refund only I decide to cancel commission myself.


9. Please, DO NOT bother me with long description like 5 pages of details and references. Please do not RUSH me for your commission piece. I could take time like a month or more, it depends on order, but I would like to do the best for it. I'm not your art slave.

2. I take PayPal as payment method only (credit card or non-credit card. For check users, I'll work after payment is complete). I don't take any other method. Sorry for inconvenient.


3. Price is not included PayPal fee. Your full payment will be included PayPal fee that you could calculate at PayPal fee calculator.


4. If you're interested, please comment on this journal that you want slot (and how many). When you get a slot, I'll request you to fill order form and send it via DA notes. If you're not DA members, you could ask for commission via raykit13@gmail.com also.


5. After I confirm details and everything, please send payment to my PayPal along with YOUR NAME IN PAYPAL DESCRIPTION/TITLE.


6. IMPORTANT, If you send payment before I agree with it, I will consider it as donation. So don't send it before I tell you to do so~

1. Chibi, sketch, screentone and bust-up CG, payment is pre-paid. This means you need to send payment after I confirm your order.


2. Half body CG, 2/3 body CG, Full body CG, Comic and more details/complex commission, you could make payment at anytime. BUT payment is REQUIRED once sketch is confirmed.


3. Chibi and sketch have no work in progress for preview. You'll receive complete artwork only.


4. Screentone, CG piece, comic or everything else will be received sketch for preview and I will wait for your sketch confirmation before I continue to work.


5. If you need any edits, you need to tell me within SKETCH process. No major editing after you satisfy on sketching. And in color process, I'll send wip from time to time.

1. Price may change depending on details, but I'll find most suitable price for us.


2. Artwork will be in LOW RESOLUTION large enough for see details clear :3 but not large enough for do prints. This is for protect my rights of artwork.
